第一印象は見た目と声で数秒で決まる
第一印象は数秒で決まる。
そして長く残る。
だから
第一印象は良くしないとダメ。
明るく大きな声で挨拶。
視覚は
表情、これが一番苦手。口角上げる。コレが出来ない。
真面目でにこやかな表情を目指したい。
姿勢、これも苦手。猫背でだらしなく弱々しい雰囲気です。
もっと丹田に力を入れてお尻の穴を締めて腹の下を力を入れる。
つい癖でだらしなくなってる。
身だしなみ。スーツならいいけどジャケットはちょい自信ない。スーツも値段安くてシワになってる。
声のトーンも暗め。ボソボソしてる。口を大きく開けて動かしてない。
内容、言葉も
はじめまして。本日、面接に伺いましたナンノ、太郎兵衛と申します。よろしくお願いします。
姓と名の間に一拍入れて印象づける。
マナー身だしなみは
できてないことばっかり。
表情、姿勢、身だしなみ
声、言葉
全てダメだわ。
コレじゃあ面接に受からないわけだわ。
内面がだらしない頼りないのが、そのままダダ漏れだった。
常に見られている緊張感ある姿勢や
自然な微笑ができるようになりたいなあ。
パソコンの技術やスキル、テクニック以前に面接での印象が悪くては働けないよ。
モテモテになるのは難しいならせめて普通に好印象の人になりたい。
今までの自分は見た目と声で相当損してるなあ。三ヶ月で改善できる最大の目標だわ。
指先やらお辞儀やら声で判断されて悪くなっていたら、話も聞いてもらえないわ。
金もない、経験も実力もないちっぽけな自分を認め直して
自覚した上で面接に通るって結構至難の技。

Japanese tea ceremony in Nagoya
I was invited to the tea ceremony in Nagoya.

職業訓練の目標設定
今日は職業訓練の就職支援の講座でした。
憲法に書かれた勤労の義務を果たすために就職しましょう。
サラリーマンとＯＬさんの年収は400万円以下と600万円以上で二極化している。
資産一億円以上の富裕層は日本の1.7%しかいない。
大企業に勤める人は4分の1程度で残りは中小企業勤務。
名大社(割と大規模)とはたらいくの転職展が近々あるので情報収集してみるといい。
ワードエクセル等の教科書も買いました。ＩＴパスポート資格本はすでに資格取得してるので要らないのだけれど、流されて買わされてしまいました。
illustratorやPhotoshopの教科書はありません。これは買いたかったので残念です。
目標と達成した時のご褒美を書いて貼り出しました。
かわいく描いていたり、カッコ良かったり、機能的だったり、内容が意欲的だったり個性が溢れています。
日報の書き方やパソコンセットアップもしました。
お茶どころ名古屋で端午の節句のお茶席に招かれてお菓子とお茶をいただき日本文化を味わいました
お茶どころ名古屋でお茶席に招かれました。
五月の気持ちのいい時期で、お茶をいただき、日本文化を改めて知る機会でした。
海外から来たお弟子さんたちもいらっしゃって、
老若男女がお茶席で、お菓子とお茶をいただきます。
玄関の引き戸を開いて、玄関間で荷物を片づけて、
身なりを整えて、
部屋へ挨拶して入ります。
今日は、早めに着いたので畳のお清めのお手伝いもさせていただきました。
違い棚の隣の床の間を見ると、
掛け軸は「薫風」
表装も立派です。
お香は、紙の敷物の上に、
兜と横笛です。
兜は武将の出陣を祝うもの。
横笛は中部地方では、端午の節句を祝う遊びとして吹き鳴らして遊んでいたようです。
お花はもちろん菖蒲。
今は花屋さんでも売り切れてしまいます。
菖蒲が勝負と似ている、刀の形と葉が似ているといった理由でも
五月を代表する花です。
菖蒲湯に入ってもいいですね。
お茶は釣り型のもので沸かしています。
火あいと湯あいを見ながらというのが本来ですが、
今時風に電気で沸かしています。
天井から鎖で釜をつるしておくように出来ています。
天井にも鎖を繋ぐ小穴が用意されていました。
お茶碗は
兜、こいのぼり、勝負です。
どれも風流で、かわいいものです。
菖蒲はお茶碗に映えます。
お茶碗の底の中の模様もよくできています。
こいのぼりは寒いうちから4月にかけて
名古屋近郊の岩倉の五条川で
染を洗っている姿が有名です。
矢車も風を受けて元気に回ります。
今は飾る家が少なくなりました。
先生は刺繍の入った綺麗なお着物をお召しです。
お菓子はもちろん柏餅。
こしあん、つぶあん、よもぎと白を揃えてくださっています。
他にもおかしは東京と地方の美味しいものを用意してありました。
久々のお茶会でほっと一息。
湯あいも良いもので、
よいお服加減でございました。
海外からのお客さまの前で日本人の私が
恥をさらしながら、つたない行儀と礼儀で
お茶をいただき、ご歓談を楽しめました。
またぜひ、お呼ばれされたいと思います。
お茶の先生は写真をご許可なさらない方ですので、
このブログの写真は
