Japanese tea ceremony in Nagoya

I was invited to the tea ceremony in Nagoya.

It was a pleasant time in May, it was an opportunity to have tea and to know about Japanese culture again.

Some of the disciples from overseas came,
Elders and young ladies are tea ceremonies, and I will have sweets and tea.

Open the sliding doors of the entrance, clean up baggage between the entrance,
Fitting your clothes,
I greet the room and enter.

Today, I arrived early so I also helped clean the tatami mats.

Looking at the floor next to the difference shelf,
The hanging scroll is "Kaoru breeze"

The decoration is also fine.

Incense, on a paper rug,
It is a helmet and a flute.

Helmets celebrate the warlord 's departure.
In the Chubu region, the flute seems to have been playing as a celebration playing celebration of Dusan.

Of course flowers are irises.
Now the flower shop sells out.

Even irises are like games, for reasons that sword shape and leaves are similar
It is a flower representing May.
It is okay to enter the iris water.

Tea is boiling with fishing type ones.

Although it is originally said that while watching fire and hot water,
It is now boiling with electricity in the wind.

I am made to hold a pot with a chain from the ceiling.
Small holes were also prepared for connecting the chains to the ceiling.

For tea bowls

Helmets, carp streamers, is a game.

Everything is a cow, it is an air current.

Irises shine in a cup.

The pattern in the bottom of the tea bowl is well done.

From the cold to the rainy season from April
At Gojo River in Iwakura near Nagoya
I am famous for washing dyeing.

The arrow wheel also receives wind and it turns well.

Now fewer houses to decorate.

The teacher calls a beautiful kimono with embroidery.

Sweets are of course Kashiwa cake.
We have Kosamin, Tsubuen, Momotoshi and White.

There were other delicious food prepared with delicious items of Tokyo and rural areas.

A relieved breath at the tea party after a long absence.

The hot water is also good,
It was a good change of clothes.

I am Japanese in front of overseas customers
With shame, with a miserable manners and courtesy
I had tea and enjoyed chatting.

I would like to invite you again.

Teacher 's teacher is a person who does not accept photos,

The picture of this blog
Everything is similar, but it is not from the tea party today.
